Sure, if he really wants to clean all corrupt officials, he can do. but he did not. he also pointed to corrupt officials in public but he does not catch them and jail them. He himself reveals the corrupt officials….. how can government fight against corruption?

Nearly 99%, the public don’t believe Hun Sen. They said Hun Sen was
playing games, because he wanted Cambodian people to believe he cares and he has tried to clean corruptions. In facts Hun Sen is the father of all crimes inclduing corruption in Cambodia.
