When I went to pay internet billing last month, I heard that Metfone deceased its monthly internet fee from this month, from $30 to $25 per month for unlimited usage and increased its speed from 128mb to 160mb. So, it is the second time that Metfone decreased its monthly fee of internet connectivity (from $35 to $30).

Do you think Metfone provide full speed? For me, I am not sure but I used to know it sometimes did not provide full speed, as what it plans.

At present, there are many Internet Provider Services competing in Cambodia, in order to maintain its clients, Metfone set new strategy by decreasing monthly fee and increasing speed. But what I am not pleased with Metfone is its bad service. When I have problem with internet connection, I called its costumer services in order to solve my problem but they did not. Last month, my internet disconnected and I called them 5 times but still did not solve it. And they also did not answer my call as well. How bad service Metfone is???

Until now, I have used Metfone’s internet nearly 9 months. I think that its monthly fee is affordable but what I do not like its service. How about you? Do you other ISP have good price and service?

Yeh, i am have a problem with metfone as well with i before used wit ADSL cable. currently, i use metfone sim card and seem no problem just speed is a bit slower but i satify with it all the time cuz i can open it anytime i want. Anyway, i want to use other service as i want to make a business online and i am plaining to use EZECOm service just not decide yet.

    One day when i went to the Metfone office in order to changed my card that has been destroy by company’s mistake, i had been waited for nearly half an hour. the service it really bad, i wonder why GM in metfone don’t care their subbordinator and especially when she decided to change she ask me for identify , i reply to her that before i came here i had called to ask your company and they just said, take it to change in company, do you know what she replied to me? she said oh you call to the call center they don’t know much information, and i ask her back that, why you say like this? call center is the place where provide the information to the customer if call center don’t know much information, so where should i ask? i should ask your GM? your Middle Manager? or i had to ask your CEO?
    All in all service so bad and the receptionist not friendly at all….. so yabbbbbb

    It really nice to change metfone to another internet provider . $30 speed 256k and now $25 speed 160k it really big worst i ever see… why metfone decrease speed ? another internet provider is alway upgrade speed but metfone decreasee..
