In the last two years in 2010 and 2011, real estate in Cambodia has realized its growth again though it is not the same as previous years from 2006 to 2008. The growth of real estate has brought with investment and contributed to economic development. The economic growth in Cambodia is expected to be 6% in 2011 and higher than this in the upcoming years. The estimated figure has provided hope for investment and economic activities, including the growth of real estate sector.
The development of real estate would need qualified people to work professionally to satisfy growing demand of domestic and foreign investors and residents. However, today, it is not seen that most people who work or involve in real estate sector get training in any subject of the real estate. Thus, training program in this field would be much important for the future development of real estate in Cambodia.
Singly Enterprise Co., Ltd is a legal business entity to provide training on property valuation in the upcoming month to contribute to the development of Cambodia’s real estate. Those who get the training will be able to get career in property valuations, license in property valuations, to run real estate business, and make loans with property as mortgage. The enrollment for the training course is from now on and will start on 23 October 2011 at every Sunday.
