Welcome to my friends and every ones!!!

My name is Morn vutha, working for Community Information Webportal Cambodia-CIC Web portal (www.cambodiacic.info) as Project Coordinator with Opem Forum of Cambodia. At the present, I am promoted as Program Coordinator. By the way, I serve as civil servant working at Royal Academy of Cambodia under the control of Council of ministers.

My last position was at OFC as Project Coordinator of Anti-Corruption Website (saatsaam.info).

That is my long dream in the dark that I want to possess my own website or webblog. Rith now, what i dream about comes true. My webblog’s name is VuthaSurf created on January 05 2005 under assistance support by my friends, hosting by e-khmer ,the owner of e-khmer is the friend of mine living in Janpan, and technical assistance by virak, working with me as webmaster of CIC webportal. By the way, I get some good advices from my friends and colleagues such as tharum and others.

Creation of the blog is aimed at sharing and disseminating personal ideas and useful information to friends and audiences.
My further information is:

Background: I was born in Kampong Cham Province. I abandoned my family when I was 10 years old to live with aunt and uncle in Phnom Penh, who is my mother’s sister. I started going to school at the grade 2 in primary school, Chack Tuok Mok School, where located along the Blv Norodom, opposite to The Asian Development Bank-ADB in Phnom Penh. I lived in the poor family, my parents are still farmers.

Family: I am the first son of my family. I have 2 brothers and 2 sisters. At the present, I am living with my sister in Phnom Penh, who got married in 1997 with one son and one daughter. By the way, my parents are living in Memot district, Kampong cham province. They are farmer.

Education:

• 2000- 2002: Master Degree of Economics, Royal Academy of Cambodia.

• 1996-2000: Bachelor of Economics at the Faculty of Law and Economics, Cambodia.

• 1995-1997: Diploma of Economics at Faculty of Law and Economics, Cambodia

• 1991-1994: High School Certificate at Preah Sisowath High School in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

• International Travelling: My first international travelling in Sout India, Podicherry and Chennai from 20 to 25 Decemner 2005. My study tour is aimed at learning and exchanging experiences.
