Day one: Barcamp Phnom Penh 2009
Today is the first day of Barcamp Phnom Penh held in Cambodia. According to Barcamp website, there were 1158 participants registered. This morning, there are lots of participants from different institutions such as students, private company staff, NGOs staff, and other foreigners from Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, and Burma.

BarCamp Phnom Penh – 20 August
BarCamp Phnom Penh is the first-ever event held in Cambodia on August 20, 2008 at the conference hall of Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC), which is home to 400 participants. This event will be organized by Cambodian youths. They are voluntarily working by seeking funding support from private companies and local non-governmental organizations.
