Second Barcamp Phnom Penh will be organized on October 3rd -4th, 2009 at Paññasastra University of Cambodia (PUC). It will be held during two days opening all Cambodian people and foreign expats who want to join and share all experiences and knowledge relating to Technology.
I had missed the Barcampphonepenh all two times. I just receive announcement from Tharum, therefore, I just want to share this meeting with all of you, if you want to join this meeting on May 25 and that is the third meeting. Read detailed email below.
