Day one: Barcamp Phnom Penh 2009
Today is the first day of Barcamp Phnom Penh held in Cambodia. According to Barcamp website, there were 1158 participants registered. This morning, there are lots of participants from different institutions such as students, private company staff, NGOs staff, and other foreigners from Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, and Burma.
