Blogspot is inaccessible thru Metfone ISP

After several news reported about the blockage of a popular blog in Cambodia- KI-media.blogspot.com, and then I accessed blogs of my friends who used free blog platform -sub-domain of blogspot- and all blogs are blocked. It is notice that I accessed these blogs through Metfone’s internet connectivity.
